We also offer assistance with Employer - Employee contracts. This is to ensure that the necessary legal requirements for employment are met and to safeguard both Employer and Employee.

Administrative Duties:

The staff at Dynamic Labour Solutions also take care of all administrative duties, including: Maintaining discipline, making sure that employees are on time, ensure that staff follow good work ethics.

Staff Solutions:

All contracted staff are employed by Dynamic Labour Solutions. This means that levies that are imposed by the various Bargaining Councils are paid by Dynamic Labour Solutions. We also handle all taxes, including SITE, PAYE, UIF and SDL.

If a client decides to offer a Dynamic Labour Solutions contract employee a permanent position in the company after a period of four months, a reasonable placement fee will be negotiated at that time.

Payroll Solutions:

Dynamic Labour Solutions is also able to run our client's complete payroll for permanent employees. This can be discussed with our Senior Consultants or Management.
